Otley Sings in June 2025!
A fantastically successful event, organised by our members of the Club in conjunction with Kirkgate Arcade and supported by a host of local Businesses, all in aid of Prostate Cancer research.
A new event for us this year, inspired and led by Rtn. Reid Haddow, himself a survivor of Prostate Cancer and a tireless fundraiser for research into this terrible disease.
With the assistance of the Town Crier, our Town Mayor, and support from Otley Parish Church, with participation from choirs and musicians from around the area, and the wonderful people of Otley, a fun afternoon was had by all, raising over £3,000 in the process!!
Otley Victorian Fayre….
Once again we challenged innocent members of the public to open Brian’s prize cabinet….all in a good cause, of course!
Christmas dinner for the Elderly….
The Christmas dinner was very popular this year and has been a great success 3 years running.
In the community…
From promoting Rotary at the Farmers’ Market to collecting and recycling used printer cartridges and spectacles, from selling Christmas cards to organsising a superb Charity Dinner at Red Pepper – Your Rotary Club serving our community!
Techno Challenge 2026!!
March 2026 saw Rotarians Reid Haddow and Ted Wilkinson return to the Rotary Dales Group Technology Challenge, featuring teams from across the area, including several teams from our own Prince Henry’s Grammar School! Great fun, even for those Rotarians who spent much of the day supervising the glue table!!
